We offer free shipping for all orders containing 2 or more items, otherwise, the shipping fee is $4.95.

Standard Estimated Delivery Time Including Production is 3 weeks* in the EU

* The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but in case of late delivery - we do not issue a refund.

FedEx Express Delivery Time (EXCLUDING Production) is 4-6 days* in the EU

* FedEx Express fee is non-refundable. Failed delivery due to wrong address requires $14 USD re-shipping fee.

Production Time

Since your pendant is a custom design that needs to be manufactured by hand, please allow 5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our workshop (Medallion requires 1-3 additional production days).

When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received it, or have another problem, contact support@silvercut.com and we will help you as soon as possible!
