I have two, bought about a year or so apart. As you can see in the picture. The one bought earlier is darker and the newer one is shinier. Because silver does that :) to make the older one like new I tried using a silverware polisher (the most famous brand) on the feet (in the necklace) but learned the hard way that you should NOT do that. The little freckles on my baby’s paws are gone. Not the end of the world but still I’d suggest adding a care guide to the packaging so that people don’t try this like I did :) thank you very much for the wonderful necklaces!

I’ve been fortunate enough to have not had to deal with the loss of a loved one the majority of my life. The loss of our family dog, Salchicha, is a pain I’d never wish on anyone. This was an early Mother's day gift from my Son. The keychain looks exactly like the picture of my dog when he was a puppy. He passed away almost two years ago at the age of 11 and now I can have him with me wherever I go. I absolutely love it.

My sweet soul dog, Deke, was diagnosed with severe epilepsy at 2.5 years old and passed away after numerous treatments, medications and alternative attempts to control his seizures, very suddenly, at 3 years old. It shattered me & I think of him EVERY day. My mom bought this for me and I don’t think I’ve ever cried over a gift, but the detail, his sweet face, expression, even his eyebrow highlights - everything is captured so perfectly. By far one of the nicest things I’ve ever gotten. Beautiful work.

After losing our Ruger suddenly in February I had looked around for a good jewelry engraving place to get something done for him so I could have him close all the time. I found Silvercut and started researching. I asked them a ton of questions and they answered every one, helping me decide what to order and even showing me a mock up so I could see it before it was processed. I love this necklace so much. It looks just like him. It’s not as deeply engraved as I expected, but I don’t think it’s just lightly printed on top either because there’s a good texture to it. I’m so glad I ordered this, it’s absolutely perfect. 😭❤️

I’m always losing my player’s card at the casino and have to get a replacement card. I will never forget my Dog, Ruger. My Ruger Key Chain will help remind me to collect my card before leaving the slot machine and hopefully bring me good luck! I just love the workmanship and solid feel of the key chain.

I ordered this necklace after the sudden loss of our beloved dog, Denali. Losing him was incredibly difficult, and finding a meaningful keepsake to carry with us was very important to my husband and me.
When our first necklace arrived, we weren't fully satisfied with how the image came out. I reached out to their support team not knowing what to expect, but they responded with kindness, compassion, and understanding. They truly took the time to listen to our concerns and forwarded everything to their design team.
What meant the most to us was that they didn't just give a generic response, they actually worked with us to create a new design mock-up and made sure we were happy with it before moving forward.
In the end, they went above and beyond and made two necklaces for us, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. The engraving captures our boy Denali so well, and it's something we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
